I bought this for my husband and I stole it! I got the dark blue which has a soft velour style cover and a self pocket that you can fold into once deflated. It inflates quickly and I much prefer the pump to blowing up myself. It collapses in seconds, so unlike the memory foam versions you aren’t lugging around a bulky neck pillow. It stowed nicely in the seat pocket when not in use. We were on a 4 hour flight, 10 hour flight, and 2 hour flight recently. The 4 hour flight I slept 3.5 hours with this neck pillow…it was just perfect. Cozy, quick to inflate and deflate and you can position it just right for your sleep style. I’m buying a second one so we both have one. The design seems to vary based on color, so dark blue again for me.I needed to purchase something that would help me sleep on the plane during the times I travel work (which is often now a days) but didn’t want to add another item I needed to hold/deal with while struggling with my suitcase through the airport. This was PERFECT! I was able to deflate/inflate very easily on a 6+ hour flight and it fit perfectly in my personal bag.I tested it out and like that you use a pump rather than your own mouth to inflate it. Overall ok and comfortable but not comfortable enough for long durations for me. I don’t think it fit well for me, so was returned. But I think that it’s worth trying out.Good support while on the plane. Easy to inflate, held its pressure perfectly. Took a few days to get used to it as I had one with foam pellets before.Bought this as a replacement for a different brand of pillow that had been damaged. It meets all of my expectations and I’m very happy with it!I didn’t purchase this pillow for air travel, but for everyday use. It didn’t last beyond 30 days. It was low on air so I inflated it again, but it quickly flattened. There were no tears, it wasn’t over-inflated, and no obvious source of the leak, but I suspect it was around the intake valve. Very disappointing because I loved the way it felt around my neck.This was a great addition to an international adventure including 13 long flights. It airs up with two breaths and the air comes out easily when you push in on the button under the mouth piece. The hardest thing is getting it back in the bag. Please make the bag bigger so that it doesn’t take so much effort to get it back inside once deflated.Sometimes I wonder if the designers ever tried out some of their products.This is an item to INCREASE the comfort of a human! So, why would it be designed with a pump and a valve where your chin hits them if you turn your head to the right?The cover material is nice and soft.The pump is completely unnecessary and unwieldy. I can do more with 2 exhalations than in several minutes of awkward pumping.Don't buy this one. Do get one you can pump up, but get one without the pump in your mouth. .
