I've tried so many travel pillows that I was losing hope I'd ever find the one that provides the head support I need to sleep while travelling. I have problems with my head falling both forward and back, so I need something that supported both directions and also will fit the length of my neck. I've tried the traditional horseshoe (head falls forward in the gap), the Turtl (while warm which I like, not enough support and only one sideways direction supported at a time), a full circling sleep collar (not tall enough to be fully supportive for chin rest and keeping neck in alignment), and a host of others that I can't recall right now.I just used the Bcozzy on my latest international trip and was so happy. It's exactly what I was looking for! When I was doing my research to find yet another travel pillow I was worried that it would be too cushy to provide the support I need, but I rolled the dice anyway and I'm so glad I did. It's just the right amount of firmness and comfort. I have trouble sleeping on planes, and while this pillow didn't completely fix that, it fixed it enough for me to get more rest than I usually do. I'm very pleased with it!Hubs loves it! He fell in love with it within 5 minutes. Because of heart and lung problems we now sleep in easy chairs. I wake up 3/4 times a night to check on him, because his head droops so far forward, his chin was literally down on his chest. This wonderful BCOZZY stops that. Breathing is better, less strain on his next and shoulders and I only wake up now around 3 to make sure he’s doing ok. I love the ole codger, his comfort means everything. Did I mention he even reads with it on?This is the most effective pillow I have used, for supporting my neck when sleeping in an airplane. Wish they had an inflatable version, because it is bulky to carry around strapped to a purse or backpack. My biggest beef with it is that I bought it because it was advertised as washable. NOT! There is a tag on it that says not to wash, but only to spot clean with mild soap and water. Really? Just how does one spot clean a fabric pillow with soap and water? There is no way you will completely get the soap off unless you rinse completely with water! No doubt, I will end up washing this fully one day, especially with a pandemic going on. I rated it 3 stars for traveling because even if it is comfortable, all equipment that one uses for traveling should be cleaned with soap and water or some equally effective disinfecting method that doesn't leave residue behind.Fit is half the battle when it comes to finding a good travel pillow. I've tried fancier pillows, but many of them are not sized for petite adults. The 8-12yo sized version is just enough pillow to keep my medium hat sized-head in place but not too much pillow to feel hot or squished. The hanging loop is wide and I use it with a strap to secure the pillow to a headrest. The fabric doesn't hold stains or smells, but a removable, washable cover would make this an event better travel accessory.I was going on a 10hour international flight and really wanted to be comfortable. I didn’t want a pillow that would push my neck forward but one that had enough filling and structure to support my neck whether I was sleeping with my head down or resting on my shoulders. It seemed a bit pricey considering how much most that you pick up at the airports were but when I read the reviews I decided to give them a try and I have no regrets. My inbound flight was extremely uncomfortable (no neck support apart from the pillow provided by the airline) and I got a crick in my neck but my outbound flight with this pillow was much more comfortable. It provided great support for my neck throughout the flight. I highly recommend.This little pillow was amazing and so adjustable for support on long and short train journeys, waiting in train stations and airports, and on a long flight (7 hours) in a middle seat. I was able to set it up so I didn't feel choked and got some shut-eye even though I couldn't lean on anything. Good also for resting neck/head laying down on a bed with only one pillow. The loop strap on the carrying bag is fraying badly from being hung from a backpack for 3 weeks, but easy to fix when the time comes.Very comfy and can be twisted around or manipulated any which way to find that perfect sweet spot you need to sleep on a plane or wherever. Highly recommend it due to is versatility and ease of packing it up. Also it is very warm, so it was perfect on transcontinental flights where the cabin gets very cold, but was a little much in a hotter environment (made me sweat a bit). Overall great!We got this bc my preschooler kept falling asleep in the car. It's been perfect to just slip onto his neck while he sleeps! The ONLY problem I noticed is that he won't sleep as long bc he can feel it and it seems to bother him when he adjusts. I think it's more of a my child issue than an actual issue with the pillow, but I couldn't give it a higher rating for that. The pillow itself is really soft, and the velcro seemed to stick well. It got a little too hot for summer bc of the fabric, but overall, we love having it for road trips and not having to worry about his head drooping.My 4 year old really likes the head support, however it doesn't actually stop her head slumping forward as advertised - and I could have purchased a much cheaper head support to do the same thing - I can't find anyone to contact either - with such a big write up of the product and all it claims to be it's an expensive mistake. My daughter likes it along the lines of a soft toy and won't let me return it - but it does not do the job it was purchased for - to stop her head slumping while in a child seat in a car.Really disappointing and left me out of pocket!I'd quite like some contact from amazon or the seller actually!!This is my first Amazon review and I am taking my time out to write it because I spent some time researching what type of travel pillow to buy, and am so happy with this product. I bought my Bcozzy for a 30 hour journey to Australia, and it worked perfectly. I have always come off of flights with very sore neck pain, mostly because my head falls right onto my shoulder or onto my front with no support. I wrapped the Bcozzy tightly around my neck and it held my head in place, whilst being nice and cosy. I slept very well for the length of the journey and the exhaustion that was setting in.I most recently took my Bcozzy on a camping trip in the outback, and while I do agree that the Bcozzy became quite warm in those temps, I just took it off and slept with my head resting on it which was actually quite pleasant and provided good structure for my sleep.I am quite a small person (5' 2'') so I bought a child size one, and I feel like that worked very well for my neck size!So happy with it!Nothing is ever perfect, but this product ticks so many boxes. Try it out :)it doesn't support the neck as it is not that strong. better than nothing but still description and pictures are misleading. I am sure this blond woman puts effort to keep her head up, for the purpose of the advertisement
